NIFDC Releases Technical Guidelines for the Purposed Use of Cosmetic Ingredients (Trial)

To all relevant organizations:

In order to implement the Several Provisions on Supporting Innovation in Cosmetic Ingredients, standardize the purposed use of cosmetic ingredients, and encourage ingredient innovation, the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC) has organized the development of the “Technical Guidelines for the Purposed Use of Cosmetic Ingredients (Trial)” (Attachment). These guidelines are hereby released and will take effect on June 19, 2026.
