The process includes:
Ensuring product formulation, labeling, and claims fully comply with Saudi/GCC technical regulations (e.g., GSO 1943),
Appointing a local responsible person,
Submitting product notification online via SFDA’s Ghad with all required documents,
Paying administrative fees,
Receiving the notification certificate after successful submission, and
Marketing and clearing the product using the notification certificate.

How long does it take to notify a cosmetic product in Saudi Arabia?
Following notification via the GHAD system, the Authority shall decide on the listing application within 15 days of the completion of its requirements and issue a listing certificate. If the application rejected or no decision has been made regarding it, the Authority shall indicate the reasons.
What are the labeling requirements for Saudi cosmetics?
